KYDEX 3D LAMINATE
The Guardian Hospital Bassinet utilizes KYDEX® 3D laminate on all horizontal surfaces, which is 4x thicker than standard rigid thermofilm, giving it superior impact strength and durability. KYDEX is certified GREENGUARD® Gold. KYDEX withstands degradation from a wide range of hospital cleaners and disinfectants.
DURABILITY
Guardian Hospital Bassinets have stainless steel push handles that hold the infant tub firmly in place.
KYDEX thermoplasic, with its superior impact resistance and durability, is used on all horizontal surfaces, including top, base panel and pull-out work surface.
The PETG plastic tub has 4 times greater impact resistance than acrylic tub. The corners are reinforced with additional material to reduce the likelihood of corner breakage.
INFECTION PREVENTION
Seamless KYDEX thermoplastic surfaces withstand commonly used hospital cleaners and disinfectants.
Stainless steel push handles eliminate hard to get to areas making all of the surface area accessible and free from obstructions. This allows for easy cleaning.
The removable drawer liners have rounded inside corners that can be easily wiped when cleaning.
EASE OF USE
The stainless steel push handle design allows a greater view of the infant.
The patented tub design allows for easier access to the patient. The Infant tub can be set in an inclined position during medical procedures.
