Frequently Asked Questions

MedViron products are intended for professional medical environments and are not sold to the general public.

Contact a member of our customer service team toll free at 1-833-633-8476. We are here from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. You can also email customer service at customerservice@medviron.com if you don’t want to call.

MedViron sells through furniture and medical equipment dealers who have established relationships with healthcare facilities. Contact your local sales representative for the dealer near you.

You can find a sales representative on our website, just visit the Representatives page. Sales Representatives are listed by state.

Dealers should send purchase orders to customerservice@medviron.com

Your purchase order should include the following information so we can process your order quickly:

  • A purchase order number
  • The product name(s) and the medViron product part numbers(s). If you do not know the part number, please email customerservice@medviron.com and request it.
  • The quantity of items desired and the net price
  • “Ship to” information and special shipping instructions, if applicable
  • Your billing address and your delivery address, if different
  • Name and phone number of the contact person for your order
  • The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different.


NOTE: MedViron customer service staff will send an order acknowledgment to the e-mail address provided once the order has been processed.

All of the information listed above is required to process your purchase order. Any missing information could lead to a delay in processing your order.

New customers are requested to please complete a credit application.  Please note that we will ask for a 50% deposit for new customers in the United States, please see our terms and conditions webpage. International customers will pay the full amount of their order in advance.

MedViron will partner with you in creating specific products that address custom dimensions, finishes and styles. To get started on your project, please contact us using the contact form below. Minimum order quantities may apply.

All of our products are made to order. Due to current market conditions during the Covid19 pandemic, please request a lead time when ordering.

If your order requires a custom color, then it can take a little longer if that color is not in stock or if it is not immediately available
