ERGONOMIC DESIGN FEATURES
Designed for ease of cleaning and maintenance, with infection prevention of paramount importance, our carts are constructed of the highest quality materials and designed for long-lasting durability. The Height-Adjustable Medical Cart has two distinct parts, a height adjustable Starboard surface which sits on top of a mobile storage cabinet with drawers. The Height-Adjustable Medical Cart can be manufactured with an optional detachable sharps holder and also an optional lock on the top drawer.
Starboard®
The Medviron Height-Adjustable Medical Cart is immediately recognizable because of its unique Starboard top work surface with integrated push handles on either side. This durable polymer surface offers high impact and chemical resistance, is easy to clean, and contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
DURABILITY
The Height-Adjustable Medical Cart offers the durability of KYDEX® 3D laminate on its horizontal surfaces, the drawer cabinet top, and the cart base. The Height-Adjustable Medical Carts also have KYDEX thermoformed drawer fronts. KYDEX® is 4x thicker than standard thermofilm giving it superior impact strength and durability, and it is certified GREENGUARD® Gold. KYDEX withstands degradation from a wide range of cleaners and disinfectants.
INFECTION PREVENTION
A hospital’s Environmental Services department is critical for infection prevention. The surfaces of the cart are completely accessible for environmental services staff to clean.
The Height-Adjustable Medical Cart has seamless horizontal and vertical panels that may also aid in the ease of cleaning.
EASE OF USE
The top work surface can be raised from 32.75 to 48.625in. The cart has two worksurface height-adjustment handles which can be used independently or simultaneously.
The spill containment area of the secondary work surface retains 16oz of liquid.
The cart’s base panel was designed to allow nursing staff to stand as close as possible to the work surface without hitting their shins on the cart.
The Height-Adjustable Medical Cart has TENTE® casters: 2 swivels, 1 locking, and 1 steering/locking caster.
Drawer box depths can be customized to customer’s needs.
Ships fully assembled in 100% recyclable packaging.
