WHY IS THERE NO PRICING ON YOUR WEBSITE?

MedViron sells through furniture and medical equipment dealers who have established relationships with healthcare facilities.  Please visit our dealer page and locate the dealer nearest you.  They are listed by state.  Our dealers can quote a price and provide shipping information.

IS THERE A DEALER IN MY AREA?

You can find a dealer on our website, just visit the MedViron Dealers and Reps page. Dealers are listed by state.

I'M A DEALER, WHERE DO I SEND A PURCHASE ORDER?

Dealers should send purchase orders to customerservice@medviron.com

Your purchase order should include the following information so we can process your order quickly:

  • A purchase order number
  • The product name(s) and the Medviron product part numbers(s). IF you do not know the part number, please visit the webpage of the item and find the part number there.
  • The quantity of items desired and the net price
  • “Ship to” information and special shipping instructions, if applicable
  • Your billing address and your delivery address, if different
  • Name and phone number of the contact person for your order
  • The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different.


NOTE: MedViron customer service staff will send an order acknowledgment to the e-mail address provided once the order has been processed.

All of the information listed above is required to process your purchase order. Any missing information could lead to a delay in processing your order.

New customers are requested to please complete a credit application and mail it to sales@medviron.com. Please note that we will ask for a 50% deposit for new customers in the United States, please see our terms and conditions webpage. International customers will pay the full amount of their order in advance.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND EXACTLY WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR? I HAVE SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS AND COLORS THAT I REQUIRE.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All of our products are made to order. In most cases, you can expect your order to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks once a clean purchase order has been received. If your order requires a custom color, then it can take a little longer if that color is not in stock or if it is not immediately available.
